Aligned with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Digital services

For downloadable or immediately delivered digital services, the 14‑day cooling‑off period may not apply once delivery has begun with your express consent. Where possible, we will work with you to remedy issues.

Design services

Refunds are assessed case‑by‑case based on work completed. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund is available. After work starts, partial refunds may be offered proportionate to work delivered.

SSL certificates

Once a certificate is issued by the Certificate Authority, it is generally non‑refundable. If issuance fails and cannot be completed, we will provide a refund or credit.
